Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

Before sending any return, you must contact us first.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@kioliskin.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Whether you'd like a refund or exchange

Once we receive and review your request, we will reply with our return shipping address and further instructions. Please do not send any items back without first receiving a response from us, as we cannot guarantee processing for unsolicited returns.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
